Due to an increase in pupil numbers and the internal promotion of our current postholder, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader who can further raise standards in English and whole school Literacy.
You will share our passion and commitment to classroom based school improvement and you will be able to demonstrate measurable impact in improving teaching, learning and outcomes in your current post. You will have a proven track-record in raising standards through excellence in your own classroom and you will have worked closely with staff and postholders to improve standards whole school. You will have a very clear vision for what excellence looks like and you will lead by example, demonstrating the credibility and the skills needed to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and stakeholders – you will be able to take people with you in order to build upon solid foundations in English and Literacy to secure further improvements at our school.
As a key player on our leadership team you will play a vital role in our school improvement journey. You will join a supportive, highly talented and committed team of leaders and staff who have worked hard to secure record examination results and sustainable improvements across every area of provision.
